General terms and conditions for processing personal data
LOGOS FOR STARTUPS processes the personal data of the Users, the processing is done in compliance with the legislation in force, the confidentiality of the personal data and the right to private life being guaranteed.

The personal data provided as well as other information provided by the Beneficiary through this contract (such as: e-mail address, fax number, mobile number, landline number) will be processed by LOGOS FOR STARTUP with respecting the rights of Users, in particular the right to information and opposition, for the following purposes:
– remarketing and user tracking
– performing commercial communications
– the status of the service provided at the customer’s request or when deemed necessary (for example, in the case of a technical or unauthorized matter) for LOGOS FOR STARTUPS products and services.
Processing of personal data with general identification function. Personally identifiable data is required for correct identification of the customer / empowered person in the processing systems of LOGOS FOR STARTUPS for the purpose of performing the billing operations, respectively those required or in connection with the execution of the Contract.

The user has the following rights regarding the provided personal data:
